the selection of a practice that meets your price, size &

We will buffer between you and the vendor to ensure a harmonious
relationship.
We prepare the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. This
document is about twelve pages long. PPS has brokered the
sale of hundreds of professional practices and is experienced at
drafting these agreements. We work with your lawyers and
accountants to come up with a fair and amicable agreement for
both parties. If a purchaser were to use a lawyer to do the
initial agreement they would charge a fee. This is done free
of charge to the purchaser. It is part of our brokerage
service to the vendor who pays our commission fee.
PPS has contacts with the major lending institutions
that can help the purchaser obtain financing.
We are licensed Real Estate and Business Brokers. As such,
by law we cannot misrepresent a practice, must exercise care in
answering questions, and must give advice or information which is
complete and accurate. As well, we have a duty to be fair and
ethical to the vendor and the purchaser. Through our vast
