Who Will Be Working On Your Behalf?

Graham R. Tuck H.B.A., Broker of Record, is a licensed Business Broker who runs the company (licensing is necessary in order to sell professional practices.) Graham also has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and  is a Chartered Accountant. He does not, however, act as an accountant for any practitioner as he wishes to remain independent and non-competitive with the other accountants he interacts with. As head of the company, Graham oversees all aspects of the business and is responsible for sales and valuations of Dental practices in the Toronto area, the Golden Horseshoe, and Southern, Eastern & Northern Ontario.

Graham and Val Tuck are pleased to welcome David and Lynn Lind as partners into Professional Practice Sales (Ontario) Ltd.  

    David has been in the Dental Industry for over 20 years, the last 17 with CIT Financial Ltd. focused on the Healthcare market.  During this time, he developed a strong understanding of the personal and professional needs of Dentists, particularly as they enter and exit the profession.   This knowledge has prepared him well for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead with PPS.  David has also been an active Dental Industry volunteer currently serving on The Toronto Academy of Dentistry's Winter Clinic and Golf Committees, and also as Co-Chair of the University of Toronto's Faculty of Dentistry's Alumni Fundraising Gala.  From 1997 to 2005, he sat on the Board of Directors of DIAC (Dental Industry Association of Canada), as Treasurer and then President.

    David will be working with Graham Tuck (Broker of Record & President of PPS) and the rest of the team to better serve and expand the business with our excellent products and services to the Dental Profession.  David is in the process of obtaining his Real Estate and Business Brokers license and will soon be able to help you in the sale of your dental practice.  As always our business is founded on the principles of  honesty, integrity, and value.  These are our core values and have enabled the company to grow and be recognized as a leader in the field.  We look forward in the years to come to working together to enhance the business with David and his wife Lynn. 

    Lynn Lind has been helping to raise their family over the past several years and is now able to assist David in their new venture alongside Graham and Val Tuck (Office Manager).  Lynn worked in the dental industry first as a dental assistant for 8 years and then selling dental products to the industry, until she took on the role as a full-time Mom.  Now that the children are old enough to be more independent, she is ready to step up to the plate and to help take on some of the responsibilities of running the business.
