Sales
We have a history of selling practices at the valuation
figure. We do not try to over value or under value but value the practice at the
market value. We also try not start bidding wars. Once we have a full
value offer we do not go looking for more offers unless the purchaser and the
vendor do not agree on other aspects of the agreement.
